Default Undercarriage Rattling When Closing Door?

Has anyone experienced this undercarriage rattling when closing the driver door? Sounds metal and rattles for a split second. It caught me off guard the other day and here's a video of it.

It is definitely heard on the video very well. My car doesn't have that. Smth is loose and it can many things. Vary banal suggestion - take it to delaer.

I had this. Mine was a loose heatshield. Lexus used plastic bolts to hold them and they strip very easily.
I had to force the dealer to put it on a lift and tap around for it because everytime i brought my car in, the rattle would disappear.

Mine makes this exact same noise and has since it was brand new. It only does it when the engine is hot, so it makes sense that it might be related to the heat shield in some way. It's not a big deal, so I'll have the dealer check it out when its in for the first scheduled service.

Took my car in for 20k service, turns out it was some rocks inside my exhaust pipe from when I drove it in gravel... Pretty funny incident.
