Hi All,

I have a 2015 Lexus GS350 F Sport. For the last year, I have been hearing this rattle coming from the front passenger door area. I have brought it in to Lexus several times for them to try to diagnose it, but they claim to not find anything. They say that they added insulation to the door to try to help it, but it doesn't seem to help. I am at a loss. Normally I don't hear it because I am listening to the radio, but when I have passengers, it is much more obvious. I have tried to let my wife drive my car around while I try to find it, but I haven't been able to resolve it. Has anyone had any experience with a similar rattle? How have you fixed it?

 

I don't have rattle on the passenger side but the driver side. I followed the video below to fix the rattle on my driver side.

 

My door rattle was fixed with that video. But now I have new rattles coming from the seatbelt pillar and the handle bar thing on the roof liner and sunroof rattle too.

Thankfully I don't have those yet. It's kind of sad because my 03 GS was relatively quiet for the 12 yrs I owned it.
