Will PPE Headers increase drone?

Just talked to a guy a PPE and he said that he would recommend adding the high flo cats into my system because when you eliminate all of the cats, it can be very raspy around 3000rpms. Adding the high flo cats will eliminate most of the raspiness and decrease the over noise from the headers.

Does all of that sound right?
