Enform remote problem

It's finally working!
Just an update, there was an issue with the registration so I had to register a new account, now it is working. It is a really cool feature but all of the notifications both email and text are annoying, I have to decide what is important that I be notified of and which type of notification is going to be the least annoying and change my preferences.

Just picked up a '15 IS350 F Sport last weekend, and been having issues trying to get enform remote working.
After about 5 conversations, they think the problem is on their end. They say that my account is setup fine and the link to the car doesn't have issues.
I don't need this feature, but hell, it would be nice to have it working just because it's there.

Not sure if that's the case.
Apparently these guys are still working on it. They called to get my lexusdrivers password so they can try to login as me and try to solve the problem. I reset my password, and gave them the temporary one.
I wonder when they'll actually get it working.

Finally working!
They ended up using like 3 layers of support, the guy i spoke to wasn't 100% sure what they did on the backend, but right before it got fixed, i got an email welcoming me to lexus enform remote. I'm assuming they deleted/recreated that account

Yeah it should be made retroactive to the '14's but Lexus makes some questionable decisions, only reason I can see for it not working in the 2014 is because according to the owner's manual "the Lexus Enform Remote is achieved by using an embedded cellular device in the vehicle (DCM: Data Communication Module)" but that is a "type C" function which is the same as the safety connect.
My owner's manual says I have Enform Remote, the dealer said I have it but the manual is vague in it's instructions and nobody else knows how to operate it.
