Default New RX350 enform remote activation code

Hi. So I just got a new RX and I've registered and received the email giving me instructions to activate enform remote. However, the email did not include an activation code. Just tells me to use SOS if the activation code doesn't work, so I ended talking to an agent using SOS, and she said she can activate from their end. So I thought things are fine, but then she goes "oh, I cant activate it, and a technician has to look into it." I left my number, but haven't heard anything yet? I was wondering if anyone has been through this. Thanks.

Enform is constantly having problems getting people registered. I would call Lexus Enform on a phone and tell them what is going on. They know there are issues and should be able to help you get registered.

The easiest and most effective way to deal with Enform activation/connection issues is to contact the tech specialist at a Lexus dealer. They know what to do, and they know whom to contact to get issues resolved. The SOS agents and anyone that you might call at Enform support is just reading from a script on his/her computer screen, and that person likely has little knowledge about how to deal with issues.

After spending weeks trying to deal with Enform connection issues earlier this year, I called the dealer's tech specialist, and the problems were resolved within 24 hours.

Just press S0S , it will ask if you want to talk to customer service . Say YES, then it will connect to live person. They will activate in their end in 2seconds.

Yes, the SOS people do indeed activate Enform in seconds.

I pressed the SOS button, chose the remote activation option, talk to a rep, and was active basically as soon as I got of the phone with her.

You do have to log out and then log back in to your enform account tho.

I was able to speak to an agent to resolve the issue. It's working now. Thanks!
