Hello I was wondering if anybody has this issue.... I can lock and unlock the vehicle through the remote but I can not get the start engine to work. It just gives an error code with THS178 at the end. I have contacted the dealer and had them unlink and relink the VIN. I have deleted the app and updated my phone and ipad. What else do I need to do to get the engine to start? Thank you for all your help!

 

I would use the SOS button from your car. I just had an issue and that was what they told me to do in order to access the best folks at troubleshooting Enform Remote. They were the only ones who could get it fixed for me.

When you push it, you'll get a question of whether it's an emergency or not, just say no then let the person know what's going on.
