Default New to Spotify

I just downloaded the app for my iPhone and currently have a 7-day premium trial where you can listen to all the songs you've saved in the "offline" mode.

But my 3IS Bluetooth won't recognize the songs on my Spotify in the offline mode, which I would prefer to keep in my setting -- so I don't use too much data by streaming.

Is there a way around this -- being able to listen to my music in offline mode?

Spotify barely uses any bandwidth for streaming...they have some crazy compression.

I use it every day on my commutes.
RIght now..it's at 4MB for 2 weeks of use on the High Quality streaming setting.

Not sure if I completely understand your question but I'll give it a shot:

You have to make the songs or playlists you want to be available in offline mode. This way, the program downloads the songs to your phone. Simply selecting offline mode in settings just disconnects the app from your data service.

1 week, i used up more than 200 MB.

are you sure your data collection is right?

If your in offline mode its not supposed to use any data. Streaming mode (online) uses tons of data. I have it on my iPod (not iphone) in offline mode. You also need to actually download and sync playlist that you want available in offline mode, not just hit offline mode. (Read the instructions on the spotify website). To play it, you need to get it started before you plug it in and play it. Since spotify is a 3rd party app, and not the main music player, the playlist wont be recognized by the car so you have to select the playlist on your phone but skip and back controls are still available by steering wheel controls.
