Is it possible to put a child seat in the middle position? It looks like the tethers are there but the Lexus website indicates outboard seating positions only. Thanks.

 

I've got the Graco car seat with the snap-in base and its a tight fit .

The front passenger seat needs to go way forward in order to get the car seat to click into the base. The design flaw that i see is the top portion back of the front seat has that odd curve that extends so far out that the car seat can't clear it easily without having to move the front seat up.

I was more worried about the stroller fitting in the trunk when I was at the dealer buying it that I completely overlooked the car seat aspect of the vehicle. I guess the plus side is it's only a 24 month lease and hopefully can get it out of it early.
