I have an iphone 5s bluetooth paired with my lexus. It just keep dropping connections while music is playing, that is so annoying. I also have HTC One paired and it has the same problem. It works perfectly on my old Honda civic. I came to a conclusion that is something wrong with the stereo unit. Does anybody have the same problem?
1. Did you power down your phone and turn back on?
2. Did u delete the original pairing and then redo it?
These steps have worked for me
Yes and Yes. Delete my phone, pair it again, it works for couple minutes. Turn off the stereo, turn it back on. Turn off the car. No hopes. Try different phone (thought it might be iOS problem) but same problem with HTC (Android)
I seem to have the same problem when I have my phone plugged into the USB port. When I'm not charging it stays connected the vast majority of the time.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S3. I use Spotify and a podcast app called BeyondPod.
I do have an issue with the controls. When I initially start playing audio via either app adjusting the volume pauses/plays the audio. So if I turn the volume an even number of clicks it pauses/plays back and forth a couple times then continues to play. If I do it an even number of times it stays paused. Has anybody else had this problem?
