Default BT audio problem for Android phone?

Hello, CL.

Just wondering if you guys have same issue. Whenever I play BT audio from my android phone (note4), it interrupts the music 3~4 times in 1~2 seconds or so. I do not have iphone so I can't test it but does anybody have this issue with android phone? I wonder what it is? Called my dealer and salesman told me some of the android phones' BT audio have this problem.

Try a hard reset of your phone first.

Explain the interruptions, are they just a moment of silence then back to music.

So my friend has this same problem in his 2015. He has a note 4. I have a 2013. And I have a iPhone 6. I get it from time to time when I start the car it will play for a second then disconnect then connect back again. Sometimes when I use spotify I will have to manually play the song through the app before the car does anything. Been to the dealer they said its a known issue on some phones. Eh I don't really care that much. But my IS never did this.

Yea i tried hard reset on my phone. Yea interruption is only for less than second. Silence for less than 1 second and plays music right after. I guess some phones have issues with BT audio.

first you have to unpair and delete your phone from the navi.
then factory reset your phone
then repair your phone to your navi
