Bluetooth Audio Problem
Has anyone noticed a problem when switching to bluetooth audio (BTA)? The songs will play from your phone only if you use the BTA when you start up your nav. However when you do other things and want to switch to BTA your songs will not play at all...sometimes you cant even see the track listing. I've tried setting the BTA to connect from the vehicle and the device...no hope. My device is Samsung Galaxy Note II.

At first I wasn't going to reply since I'm an evil IP5 user, but someone should reply to this.
No, this is not normal. I can access BTA no problem, even coming from the Options Settings section. I do turn my audio off before turning the car off so I always I have to access BTA at some point.
Maybe try unpairing your phone, then turn BT off on your phone, turn it back on and then re-pair it with the car again?

The whole bluetooth thing annoys me in the Lexus. I can't switch albums or playlists from the Nav, no album art etc.

Jay same thing happens to my Galaxy Note 2. I usually switch to radio if I'm going to do something like change playlists or albums then go back to bluetooth.
