I debated between 35% and 20% or a combo of both but went with 20% all around. I think it compliments the “wind” color.

Thanks! I sold some Miata parts yesterday and the young man who came to pick them up was infatuated with the color…and the car. His first comment was “I like the new front end…and the color”….which made me feel good. He’s a real car guy and owned an IS250 years ago.

^^ That color (wind) in the sun is a different beast all together - I just can't get over how much the color changes simply based on the angle you look at it and whether it is direct sunlight or not

Before the tint, at dusk. In bright sunlight it really lightens up, like by 2 shades.

I would be almost certain they would fit as I can’t imagine Lexus using a different hub for the 500. They are not the optional BBS wheels that are available for the ‘26 IS. These are the standard wheels for the F Sport with the dynamic handling package…I think. On the Monroney it’s not showing them as part of that package and there is no indication they are BBS. On a YouTube video I saw a slightly different looking wheel that I’m not sure I liked any better and the YouTuber said they were optional forged BBS wheels. I’m sure they are lighter but admittedly I buy wheels for their style, not their substance.

I hadn’t thought of the larger brake calipers….that may be an issue.

 

Did you get IR tint? It's crazy how much heat it blocks. I'm just screwed on the front windshield.

 

Just standard tint. The ceramic tint was $200 more, I was going for the look and not so much cooling the cabin.

 

Congrast one your new car, i went with 20% on my white IS as well and love the look, since you from ohio and i am from columbus area, i am going to sell my IS and have few clean parts going to sell if you interesting? I have sparking new F-sport exhaust, f-sport led sill plate and trunk led sill plate for sale

 

I have the F Sport Performance exhaust and not interested in the sill plate lights (I’m going to do the aftermarket puddle lights) but thanks for the offer.
