Sunroof rattles
I have a 2023 is500 and my sunroof has been rattling. I think it has to do with the sunroof weather seals. I have lubed the seals with gummy
fledge and it just rattles a few days later. Has anyone had any similar issues? I know the GS had a wider issue but haven’t seen much on the IS.

I had issues like that on my old Mk7 GTI. If I cleaned the seals and then rubbed them with silicone grease, the problem went away (not forever, mind you).
I haven't had any sunroof rattles on any IS I've owned. I've had 3 - a 2016, a 2021, and now a 2023. None of them ever rattled. Have you thought about taking it to the dealer?

this guy explains it a lot but basically the seals harden and shrink causing some metal to metal contact.
