Default Front rotor

Hello everyone.
My mechanic told me my front rotor is rusty so I'm planning to replace it along with brake pads.
I own 2019 IS300 awd Fsport.
Front Left : CENTRIC 12044184
Front Right : CENTRIC 12044185
rear brake pad : AKEBONO ACT1391A
front brake pad :AKEBONO ACT1118

these are the parts I'm going to buy.
I was just wondering are they right parts?
Does regular is300, is300 awd, is300 rwd, and is300 awd fsport have different front rotor or brake pad?

also if you have a good pic or video of replacing brake pad and rotor that would be great like bolt torque spec etc...

Rotors I would go only Genuine Toyota/Lexus, or Meyle HD blank. I did a post in 2016-2017-ish if you search it.

Pads I would only go Genuine Toyota high friction or OEM Textar. (Textar is the OEM supplier for professional stock high friction pads) at least for the RWD model. though maybe stuff has changed since i've been in the IS arena.

Try RockAuto.

there is a few videos that i found on the ol youtube that gave detailed torque specs

as far as part numbers go
pads are correct
and im currently trying to confirm OE part numbers on rotors cause im gonna go with those.
maybe somebody will jump in here and confirm these rotor part numbers...
Front right rotor(1) - 4351230351
Front left rotor(1) - 4351630041
