Hello what is the correct part number for a pcv valve for my 2009 is250 rwd. I found two part numbers 12204-31090 and 12204-31040 I looked on google and it says both are for my car

I just bought and installed the 12204-31040 on my is250 last month. 31090 might be an old part number.

I believe, based off part numbers on *******, 31040 is for LHD vehicles, and 31090 is for RHD vehicles. Unsure if they are cross compatible.
