Default Main window control switch issues

Hello,

So I've had this problem since I got my IS250, which was about 2 months ago, I got the car used of course, and I got it with this problem.
What happens is, that I can roll up, and down the driver side and the windows right behind me from the main windows switch.
However I cannot control the right side of the car windows, but I did noticed while driving in the night, that most lights on the main power windows switch are blinking, except for the driver side button (remember, I can roll the driver side, AND the passenger behind seat it, even though it is blinking on main control switch)

So I checked online, and the only thing I could find is that it needs to be re-programmed by rolling the windows from their dedicated switches to about the middle, then roll them up, and hold for about 5 seconds or so, then it will simply work from the main switch -well, this method doesn't work for me.

I tried disconnecting the battery, because i've read somewhere that sometimes, this helps, by resetting the ECU, and all of the boards and switches.
While the battery was disconnected I went out and checked for potential blown fuse or something, I checked the driver, and the passenger side fuse boxes under the dash, as well as both fuse boxes under the bonnet. -I haven't found any blown fuses.
I then reconnected the battery, and tried the same procedure with rolling down the rest of the windows to the middle, then rolling them back up and holding them for about 5 or more seconds -This didn't worked as well.

So I'm starting to think 2 things, it's either the main control switch for the windows that's at fault, or it could be as well a wiring problem(cut wire or a lose connection) which will be a pain in the rear end to diagnose, I think, and I don't want to simply throw money away on new/replacement parts without been 100% sure.

Any suggestions, tips, tricks, etc. will be much appreciated.
Thanks.

Ive had to reprogram my windows a few times and it was really easy to get the driver and rear left one programmed easily, the other two would just always give me a hard time. And your rolling down to the middle? I always roll down all the way and then back up and hold for a few seconds and it typically works. Sometimes it might not work just keep trying the system is really weird.

Hi, thanks for the response.
Well, I did tried a bunch of time, and I also tried rolling them all the way down as well, I also tried rolling them all the way down, hold there for 5 or more second, then all the way up, then hold there too... nothing that I've tried worked so far.

**EDIT

It worked.
For some reason, this time it simply worked, and I did nothing different than what I tried doing every time.... go figure.
