Yesterday I install the vaistech ipod into my car. Thanks to the info in the frequently ask question section
. After installing, the ipod works very well. However, when i tried to operate the windows using the master control on the driver side, it only work for the driver side only, I couldn't roll the other three down and the auto roll down didn't work. Then I notice that the memory seat is not working either. After looking for all the fuses related to windows and seats, I couldn't find any bad fuse. I was so frustrated. I decided to roll the driver side window down all the way then roll it up all the way. Then I tried to roll it again, the auto window start working. I did that to all windows using its own switch (not the master), then use the master control, and it all work again. I tried the memory seat, it also worked. I realize that I did disconnect the negative side of the battery, that's why it reset everything.
The wierd thing is that you have to roll all the window down using its own switch then roll it up inoder to make it work normal again. Anyone experience this?

It's in the owners manual. When you disconnect the battery, you have to reset the power windows by following a simple procedure. I think it was just to open and close the window, and then hold the switch in the close position for a few seconds, but I'd suggest you look it up yourself to be sure.

I didn't look for that, I just look thru the book trying to find any fuses for the memory seat.
all the window works now, but it is wierd that you have to do that everytime you disconnect the battery.
