Hi the windows on the passenger side cannot be rolled up or down from drivers side

However they can be rolled down from the respective switch ( passenger front n rear roll up n down with their switches)

The switches blink though! Blown use?

Where is the fuse box for the windows?

 

This happens when you disconnect the battery.

You need to go to each door and hold the switch on each one till it goes all the way down, and then hold it till it goes all the way up again. Do not use the automatic up/down, hold each one all the way down and then all the way up. Then the lights should stop flashing and the drivers controls should work again
