Default Help where is this wire supposed to connect

So I noticed the wire is broken as it looks like located coming up by the windshield wiper fluid where is the wire supposed to be connecting too and what wire is it

Reviewing photos posted, appears the wire to be the following (referenced by arrows). Wire continues along the frame rail in a thicker covering (not the same black rigid sheathing, then back to the black rigid sheathing after frame rail), towards the firewall. Perhaps there is some of the wire still attached to the frame rail / pathway to trace out.

How long have you had the car and have you noticed something not working or perhaps any indicators lit up on the dashboard?

I’ve only had the car couple weeks and the only indicator light on is charging system and tpms the charging light wasnt on when I first got car.

Wire doesn't appear to have been cut / torn. Looks like the PINS that would go into a connector. Didn't see any where in that vicinity a connector would go to however, may have overlooked.

To confirm, when car was first received, started and ran without any issues, than recently received the TPS and CHarging light indicators, which made you look under hood and came across the wire shown in photo posted.

Not low battery but it appears the alternator needs replaced but new battery dies in 5 minutes there appears to be a parasitic draw
