i haver a 2006 is 250 w/6spd manual and pushbutton start. My problem is i lost my key fob and cannot get another one made because through the obd2 port ascan tool cannot connect with the ecu . Heres how it all happenned. I pulled up to a internet cafe in my town but when exiting my car i left the pushbutton in the on/acc position. i was inside a short time and returned to my car to continue my day but without my key fob. since the pushbutton was still in the on position i just engaged the clutch and pushed the startbutton and the engine started. i drove approximately 2 miles to my storage and shut the car off.when i went to leave i got the no key detected message and the car wouldnt start. it sat there for 3 days until the battery died.. on the 4rh day an auto locksmith came ,got the no communication message cjarged me a $100 for coming out and doing nothing told me he couldnt wake up my ecu because i had no emergency flashers and was on his way. yes i have no emergency flashers! i installed an aftermarket stereo and removed the factory stereo, climate control, and emergency flashers and had them in my storage facility but it was broken into so i no longer have these items. Can i have a key made directly from my ecu and can i do this myself ?i have a usb to obd2 connection. Help ive been withoutukse of my car for 1 1/2 months
