Brake light issue

I’ve got a 2008 IS350 with vland headlights and tail lights. My brake lights don't respond to the brake pedal under any circumstance, but they do all illuminate and stay on when my headlights or running lights are on. The car also won’t detect that the brake pedal is being depressed (and therefore won’t start) unless the headlights/running lights are on. My ABS/traction control/BRAKE/VSC lights turn are on after a few seconds of the car running, but if I turn the headlights off then press the brake and turn headlights back on the dash lights disappear. I swapped my brake switch twice, and the ignition light changes from amber to green as long as the headlights/running lights are on, so I know that’s not the problem. I tried reconnecting my oem tail lights to see if there was something wrong with the Vland tail lights and that didn’t work either. I’ve also checked about every fuse on the car. Any ideas or suggestions?

Most of the actual lighting is controlled through a network. You could swap the MPX fuse relay box for another. I have a spare from a different country. PM me.... it's quick swap. Its in the fuse box left side. Looks like....
