Having a bizarre issue with my brake lights. When my driving lights are turned off, I have no brake lights at all. However, when I turn them on, the High Mount brake light in the window works. (but still not the lower two). Rest of the driving lights are working fine.

In both of these scenarios, the light failure sensor indicator goes off the first time I hit the brake pedal after starting the car.

Any insight would be appreciated!
