Default Transmission Fluid Change Experience

Hey everyone I have a 06 is350 with about 130k miles on it. The PO had papers showing he had a drain and fill in the 90k time but since then Ive been driving it and its gotten some miles to it. I decided to change it just for maintenace and because I do love having this as my first car, also there were no major issues with the transmission at all.

The shop here in norcal called California Transmissions was the indy I had it done at, and they told me they got about 4 quarts out of it and that they let it drain for some time to get the most fluid out of it, and they said it looked old but there was no burnt smell to it hooray!

Afterwards I did notice the shifting was literally almost butter smooth and I was missing out on that action!!
Before the fluid change at the 2k rpm mark I would drive the car and it would be a bit rough and I would feel the car lurch a bit in the next gear.

So now my auto shifts are smooth and I barely feel a lurch in it but its still there sometimes, my question is if I did another drain and fill again would that clean things up good in the transmission?
