I have a 2008 is250. After a blown right front tire and spare change the car will now not start. It cranks but won’t turn over. Brought to a mechanic which he plugged his computer in it starts. It won’t start without it. He’s baffled. Wants us to take it to Lexus dealer since he can’t figure it out. Any thoughts?

 

So was he not able to pull any CELs/codes telling you what the vehicle is saying is wrong?

 

He pulled a P0193 code.

 

Sounds like the fuel sensor. You can reach behind and disconnect it and it should run for a bit. Lexus had a recall on it and they'll replace it free.

yo man also having a similar issue, getting the p0193 code my car won’t go past 2k and has NO power. I already order the new sensor but did you find a fix for it?
