Default 2008 Lexus IS250 doesn’t start

For 3 days over the Thanksgiving my IS250 would start sometimes and not start most of the times, and even if it starts, it would die in 5 seconds or 5 minutes. No codes registered.

Took it to the Lexus shop, and they kept the car for 5 days and charged me $450 to fix it.

The fix: 90080-87026 relay, a $15 part.

But I got to have a NX300 loaner all these days. So I don’t have much to complain.

HVAC blower relay? I'm thinking If you tried cranking too many times. The engine was flooded.

A cabin blower relay was not allowing the car to start/run?

I researched that Lexus part # and according to Lexus Parts Now, it's an EFI-related relay :

That is the one

This is what was noted on the invoice
”REPLACE IG1 RELAY FOR POWER CONTROL ECU CIRCUIT
EM108 REPLACED IG1 RELAY TO CORRECT CONCERN”

The relay itself is a general purpose single pole, normally open relay used for many different applications such as horn, a/c compressor, fog lights and more.
