10 lugnut holes?
would these fit my 2008 Lexus is350 that came with 18" wheels?

 

It is not easy to help you get the information you need by the pictures and the model numbers of the rims.

It is best to just try to mount it.

Here are the specs on the stock wheels. Which the rears will not clear the front calipers... If they have a hub bore of 60.1 or less, don't support our lug pattern, or have the wrong offset, nope!


OEM F-Sport Split 5 Spoke details:
Pattern = 5 X 114.3mm
Hub Bore 60.1mm
Front - 8.0 X 18" w/45mm offset factory 225/40R18
Rear - 8.5 X 18"w/50mm offset factory 255/40R18 PN: 42611-WY080

the other 5 holes might be decorative. the main holes are 5x100 which wont fit. you need 5x114.
