Default Term (2IS)

I just bought an IS250 and am trying to figure out what I have. The title shows mod IS250 SD. I noticed here on the forum , the term (2IS). What does it mean? What do I have and/or how do I find out what options are equipped?
Thanks,
Jerry

2IS is just the generation. There's currently 3 generations of IS, 1IS = 98-05 IS300's, 2IS = 06-13 IS250/350/C (08-14 for F), 3IS = 14-current IS250/200t/300/350

If you have an 09 like it says in your profile, you're on the first refresh of the 2IS. The 2nd refresh was 11-13. This is the brochure for your 09, you can go through this to determine what options/packages you have: https://www.lexus.com/documents/broc...S-Brochure.pdf

Thumbs up Thanks!

That makes perfect sense! Thanks for the help and the link to the brochure. I’ll check it out.

Here it is this morning, it’s only about 2 degrees F. A little frost on the pumpkin...
