Default Dashboard Cracked - How Do I Replace it

It's been extremely cold out here and when I got in my car this morning there is a huge crack on my dashboard just right above my left vent on the center console. There are also big long cracks on front right door panel above the door handle. I did a search on this Lexus forum but didn't find info on how to replace it myself. Are there any tutorial on how to remove/replace dashboard for the 2IS? My budget is very limited so I don't think I can have dealership to replace it.

Also where is a good place to order genuine parts for Lexus 2IS? Ebay has dashboard and door panels but they are all used and have cracks on theirs as well. Any help would be appreciated.

btw I have a '07 IS350 lux pkg

You just missed out in the free replacements. That sucks that it happened.

^ I looked at that thread before but it doesn't seem to say anything about how to replace the dash ourselves. Is there a tutorial somewhere for this?

I have seen pictures of the dashboard replacement, it is quite extensive...I have had 2 dashboards replaced and they are never perfect after the fact. The key is to have minimal damage. You will have scuffs all around and plastic gouged on areas where they pry off the dashboard. All in all, I am happy with them, I am just too picky. Nobody will even notice (but I do), I just try to not look at them...lol.
