on the door panels, if I remember correctly, there is a screw behind the interior door handle. Just pull on the lever, pop the cover, and take out the screw. The others screws are visable, and the rest is clips. Easy really.

It's a Lexus man...full of hidden screws lol.

I had a bunch of pix taken from when I took my whole interior apart. I'll try to dig them up unless someone finds a guide before I find the pix.

yea slicks on point lexus parts are 1-2-3 as easy as a honda.
All clips, get a pick tool remove the tweeter cover remove the plastic cover behind the chrome handle and one screw in the pocket somewhere.
I think thats all the screws u see and the rest are clips.
centerconsole do u want to remove the whole console? from ashtray or jsut the armrest? the ashtray just pulls right out and u'd see the screws. If its only the armrest just open it and u'd see screws on the by the hinges hope that helps

oh, center console like around the shifter/cupholder?? then you can just pull that thing out (but take out the ashtray first by again, just pulling on it). dunno about the center console though.
