I drained and filled my radiator with Toyota LLC at 60k. The coolant looked brand new. It should last well over 100K.
Make sure you bleed the coolant well. I used the Lisle funnel this weekend. It had so much air in the system. Right now even my over flow tank is not spilling out. If you look at most forums post. Some people have the pink crust on the reservoir tank due to air in the coolant.

I didn' drain it from the block. There is a post with a diagram of the block drain plug locations if I'm not mistaken. The coolant at 60k should be fine. If it was me I wouldn' change it. I would just bleed the system to check for air bubbles.

Thank you. It's only 60K miles, but the coolant in there more than 11 years already. I think i should replace it.
