Hello My 2008 IS250 is running really weird the altenator went out a few days I replaced it now I have codes that keep popping up it shows misfire from Cylinder 1 AND 4 P0301 and P0304 now its P0300 P0020 intake camshaft position Actuator circuit open bank 2
p0201 202 204 205 injector circuit open
P0348 camshaft position Sensor A circuit high input
p0351 ignition Coil A primary secondary circuit
p0353 ignition Coil C primary secondary circuit
p0355 ignition Coil E primary secondary circuit

I don't know where to start or where some of these components are can someone please help
what is the code for faulty computer can someone help me with this

 

Did you recheck all your connections that may not have been plugged in or disturbed during the alternator replacement? Try and re-seat everything and check wiring to make sure nothing is unplugged or loose.

 

Some of those codes are tied to carbon build up
