Airbag light is on after few months they replaced TAKATA module
Hi guys,
I have IS250 2007. I had the dealership replace the passenger side TAKATA airbag few months ago.
Yesterday an airbag light turned on in my dashboard.
i ask dealership and they will charge me 140$ to only diagnose it.
any ideas on how can i read the code without the code scanner device and or how i can fix it without goung to dealership.
i checked the connectors underneath seats, they looked connected.

So in the cluster??, If you just had the service done to replace it as a recall, then they need to look at it again free of charge. Tell them you want them to look since it's an airbag issue and they just did the work. Worst thing that can happen is they find something different than the airbag they replaced.
