Which Services are NECESSARY
I know we all should follow the required maintenance schedule. I have second had 2007 IS350 with 100,000km on in (62k miles). Taking it in for an oil change and she ran down all the other things that haven't been done/need to be done:
Brake Fluid $143 plus tax (every 2 years OR 32000km, whichever comes first) Last done June 2012
Rear Differential Fluid $150 plus tax (every 4 years OR 64000km, whichever comes first) Last done May 2013
Automatic Transmission Fluid $182 plus tax (every 6 years OR 96000km, whichever comes first) This has never been done yet
Iridium Spark Plugs $390 plus tax (every 6 years OR 96000km, whichever comes first) This has never been done yet
Super Long Life Coolant $182 plus tax (every 8 years OR 128,000km, whichever comes first) This has never been done yet
Lexus also recommends every 60,000km OR 4 years to perform an engine oil system cleaner. This is recommended because of the sludge build up. It will help reduce wear, decrease oil and fuel consumption, restore uniform compression across all cylinders and decrease emissions. The cost of this service is $65 plus tax. This has never been done yet.
Lexus also recommends every 80,000km OR 5 years to perform a EFI system cleaner which is a two-step 360 degree fuel system cleaning process that restores efficiency to the EFI system. It is oxygen sensor and catalytic converter safe. It helps to improve fuel economy. It creates a combustible emulsion of gasoline and water and controls moisture produced by condensation in the fuel system. This service is $210 plus tax. This also has never been done yet.
Obviously this could be a bit much for one service appointment. wondering if anyone knows which are really important versus just things that lexus believes are important (or if I should go somewhere else to get done for cheaper?)
Thanks so much, i know few people will stick by the manual but consider me a rebel....

I would do the brake fluid and spark plugs. If you look at the recommended maintenance schedule in your owners manual, you'll see that Lexus does not recommend any of the other services she offered to you.
I personally would do them all since I'm the kind of guy to keep perfect service records. I would definitely do brake fluid because it does indeed wear out over time and absorb water and becomes less effective. Automatic transmission fluid is a must unless you want to end up like other CL members which needed to replace solenoids and the entire transmission altogether down the line because no fluid is lifetime fluid. There's debate on the forums whether or not the spark plugs need to be changed at 100,000km or 120,000 kms as many people have taken them out to see that they do look pretty good still but it's your call. You can reduce the cost of the spark plug install by going on eBay and buying a set of the plugs for $50-$60 versus the $30/plug at the dealership. There were no problems, I just told them I had OEM Denso Iridium spark plugs and they installed them for me. The coolant you can do yourself. The differential fluid change isn't that expensive so if it's in the shop anyways I'd do it as well.
