Default Flyaudio screen not working

My car had been parked for 6mths cuz I left the country on work and all.
today I charged the battery and started the car, the flyaudio screen flickers and goes black after a while
I push the buttons and can tell the dvd and A/c still works
Anyone ever had this issue, is there a hard reset for the unit?
I tried holding the screen before startup but that didnt do anything
any assistance on this would be much appreciated

Try to reset the button next to where the SD card is at. This link probably help guide you to where you need to go.

So I have the Gen1 flyaudio , I dont see a reset button in the sd card slot, The device screen has lines on them and sometimes does not come on. I hope the screen is still working , I will take of the battery tonight and try it tomorrow morning again.

edit
so I found the reset button, right where u said it would be, also took out the battery overnight .screen still black, reset button works because the dvd lights turn on and off. I think the screen is gone for good.
