Lightbulb 🔧 Setting the Default Screen on the Multi-Information Display 🔧

Did you know that if you press the button with the multiple page icon (on the meter controls cluster), you can jump directly to a specific screen (of your choosing)?

For those that don't read manuals and don't already know how to quickly jump to your favorite screen on the multi-information display, here's how (also refer to the corresponding photo) ...
  1. Display the screen on the multi-information display (A) that you wish to be assigned to the shortcut button (B).
[In my case, I want the shortcut button to display the ECO Indicator screen]
  2. Press and hold button (B) until the prompt on the multi-information display appears (C)
  3. Follow the instructions on the multi-information display (C).
  4. Now, whenever you want to quickly jump to the saved screen, simply press the shortcut button (B) once.

That's great, you should post that in the interesting discovery thread. I guest I should get around to RTFM.

Thanks, @My0gr81. And thanks for the suggestion for the other thread. I just posted a message over there with a link back to here.

Very handy, no need to scroll thru screens, thanks. Is there a way to keep the nav screen in daylight mode? Just don't like dim night mode at all...

Yes, there is. Off the top of my head, I believe there is a button called, "Display" that is at the top right of your display screen (after pressing physical Menu button on the console). From there, there is an option called, "Day mode" (or something similar).
