I use Bosch Icons. PN 22A and 20B drivers/passengers. They work great.

Default Denso makes parts for Toyota & Lexus

These are likely the blades our cars came with:

Denso 160-3122 Designer (front left)
Denso 160-3120 Designer (front right)

$14.66 and $9.87 plus $5.99 shipping, online r o c k autoparts

Sure you can just buy rubbers but by now the blades are probably looking a bit tired. Denso makes parts for Toyota and it appears that includes wiper blades.

Well, I've had these new factory versions on for a month now and they're still holding up. The last two (rain x and the cheaper lexus models) were fine the first week, then started to streak and there was nothing I could do about it. So far so good.

I'm going to give these Denso wipers a try. When I bought the car used it did not have the OE wipers on it. I've tried Rain-X, RainGuard and Trico brands but they have all been absolutely horrible. Plus, at speeds above 70mph they start lifting a little and just don't wipe very well. Hopefully these Denso's will do better.
