A warranty question
Thank you all, so I iam signing the papers today, for 2007 is250, there are insurance that covers everything, 1700 for 2 years, will that be wise to buy?( after I've heard all of the gunk issues!)
The car has 66,000 miles and in a great shape, all dealer serviced, but now Im worried of that issue, it'll bring my payments from 222 to maybe 275. thanks

I'd personally pass, but that's because I do all my own work on my cars. But if you don't have the garage/tools/knowledge/etc, it might be a good idea. It's basically gambling; sometimes you win...sometimes you don't.
Depends if it is a Lexus Extra Care Platinum warranty. If not, don't buy it. 3rd party (non-manufacturer) extended warranty companies are notorious for taking your money and them going belly-up!
Are you buying the car from a Lexus dealer?

It appears to be a 3rd party insurance. Highly suggest to keep the money you intent to pay in a savings account and use it when things break down. Sorry to say you will not get the most value for the money. That’s my opinion only. Good luck on whatever you want to do. The only viable insurance is a Lexus extended warranty which your car does not qualify anymore.
