Default IS350 - Check engine blinking - Car Shaking

Okay so, I have a 2012 IS350 w/ 77,XXX miles, I was driving and accelerated to pass somebody...and my cars traction control turned off and the check engine began to blink. The car shakes and sputters at idle, and shakes when accelerating past 30mph. The car does have an aftermarket CAI that was in the car when I purchased. I will take it in the morning to AutoZone to get the codes pulled.

Possible a bad coil pack? Did you get the codes read?

just left autozone, code pulled was P0304 - Cylinder 4 Misfire. He suggested I change spark plugs first to see if that solves it, then coils if that fails.

Change spark plugs for sure, but don't purchase another coil at first, just switch it with another cylinder and see if the misfire follow the coil pack. I only say this because I read somewhere on this forum about someone with a Cylinder 4 misfire and it wasn't the coilpack..

Let us know if you have oily plugs or oil in the plug tubes.

for sure, will let you know when i change them out.

Just placed an order on Amazon for 6 spark plugs.. found them for 9.50 a pop, looks to be the best priced i can find that isn't sketchy on eBay. They're sold and shipped by Amazon.com, so should be legit.

I hope I'm wrong, but I went to Denso's website to cross-reference the plug # 3473, it said this :

"Sorry, but no spark plug results were found for 3473."

Plugs usually don't crash all at once. Coils do. Switch the coils before you get new plugs.
