Default Help needed shifting issues

ok so my 07 is350 is having a few issues. The check engine light & check vsc just came on and I scanned the car P0172 & 0175 came up.
banks 1&2 are running to rich so I change the filter and plugs reset the code and it was gone for about 2 days now its back.
I also have a problem with the car not moving when I step on the gas until I hit about 4000 rpm the car starts to roll but I have to really gas it to get it going which isn't healthy for the car
if anyone had these problems I would greatly appreciate some advice or a solution

Wow sounds like a transmission problem, did you recently have an oil change done somewhere? Perhaps they drained the transmission fluid?

Sounds like your trans is slipping. Definitely have it checked it out before you're broke down on the side of a road. Could just be the converter and not the trans; but I'd not know how to diagnosis which it would be unfortunately.

The MAF sensor is really the only thing that can cause those long term rich codes. I had the same codes and examined the MAF, which looked perfectly brand new and sparkling clean, I hosed it down with MAF cleaner and saw no improvement, the codes just kept coming back. Finally I replaced the expensive sensor and all was well.
