Default Audio off Nav Radio Problems

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, lets see if you guys could help out. My Nav display is showing the speaker and Audio Off after start up. I can use the buttons on the side of the display ei, Climate, Display, Menu, audio, Map, etc... but the touch screen wont even respond on any display setting except when I am on the map I can touch the screen and it will move the cursor. And I still use the Climate control buttons below(not on the screen) to control the a/c. It worked fine, then one day its like this. AUX wont work either. Oh yeah and back up camera works... Thanks in advance

That's a new variation of the continual list of NAV issues we have on these units. The screen works and apparently the digitizer responds to your touch correctly. So anyone have any ideas?

My initial thought is to disconnect the battery for 20 minutes and see if the reinitialization helps out at all.

Where in SC are you?

Well, I cannot offer any personal assistance on this; but hope we can figure something out over the net.

Good luck! Let us know if the battery reset helps at all.

I found this post & I'm having the same problem. 2008 IS-350 touch screen only responds in the map screen setting. No other screens (a/c, radio, etc) are permitting touch functions.

Did you get a solution to the specific problem?

Thanks!
