Default Mazzuri Headers

Hey CL,
first of all i know this should be in performance section but I figured more people would see it here. I have an opportunity to pick up some Mazurri Headers for my 06 is250 and need some info on it. Daniel Mazurri himself dynod the is250 to show +20whp and +30wtq but no one else i saw confirmed/denied this with their own dyno sheets or experience. i think i saw the headers made NO power difference for the is350 is this the same for 250 and if not; what makes the difference?

thank you for the help

Get them regardless; if you don't end up wanting to use them, someone else will!

true true but this is like my whole months paycheck lol and im working this summer to spend a good portion of my money on my car so i would want to make sure this is truly worth it before i pay for installing and reinstalling fees if i do end up wanting to sell it. im really hoping it foes in fact provide the power gains and daniel mazurri tested

They are a super rare part, I would buy them if I had an IS250.

Financially it is not a wise choice. If its going to cost you an entire months pay , I would pass on it. I assume you're in school still? But with that being said its your money, your choice. You can get megans for like 350-400 bucks. I assume most of the HP gains come from removing the cats so I assume that they will provide similar HP gains. And the megans seem more affordable. But like I said : its your choice.

yes im still in school and just working in summer. I currently have invidia catback and hks axle so im now thinking im going to pass on the headers... the extra power would be great but i read it takes about 5 hrs to install so would cost several hundred at a shop... and yes you're 100% correct its a terrible choice for a months pay lol i think i am going to save money instead for wheels and a lip.

thanks for the input baugher

Now that sounds like a plan!! Lol. I buy parts and than it takes me forever to install em. I have had a CF SEtuned lip sitting under my couch for about 6 months. H&Rs sitting on a table for about a month. So no rush! Buy a little at a time.
