2006 vs 2010 stock stance question
I've tried searching this but no luck. I'm looking at 2 is 250s at a dealer. Both cars look untouched, both awd. But the 2006 has at least 1in smaller gap between the tire and the wheel well, maybe more, than the 2010. Meaning it's 1in or more lower in the front. Is this a design issue or should I be concerned?

I honestly cant answer your question but personally id go for 2010 if the price is right for you. Its a little more updated looking then the 2006.

Not aware of any changes. Same wheel and tire sizes?

Here are the 2 cars. You can TOTALLY see it in the pictures.
2006: Is the lighter silver one
2010: Dark Grey one

The 06 could be on aftermarket springs. Looks like a similar drop to my car right now and I have eibachs

They could be aftermarket springs but nothing else on the car is aftermarket which makes me think it's untouched. I'll have to check it out.

The factory springs were the same from 2006-2013 on AWD models (IS250 and IS350), so unless they've sagged significantly, they've been swapped out.

Is sagging a common issue? I'll have to get a mirror and check under the car I guess.

Did you actually look at them in person? I mean, I agree that in the pictures it looks like the silver one has the stance of a RWD while the grey one looks like an AWD...but the different angles, colors and depth of the photos could play tricks on you. But if they're both stock AWD models, they should be the same.

Eibach springs in front. However I can't see any labels on the back ones. Is it common for people to replace only front?
Here are the rears:

Go with the 2010...I've done substantial homework, the 2010 is the best year (consumer reports) and has no issues with Nav, has a usb input, etc...
