Default is250 MT lagging

Hi there on my 2007 is250 MT tranny. my car alway lagging when i first took off and than when it hit about 2500rpm it will pick up as if it is driving normally. what can it be to make the car do that. any input are really grateful. so far what i did are clean throttle body and spray throttle body cleaner into the throttle body while the car is running and it stop the lag for awhile and it came back.

Have you done tune up, spark plug change, clean fair filter? Maybe time to trade it in for IS350

I would also try Seafoam fuel injector cleaner. IS250 direct fuel injector have carbon buildup issue, and effect engine performance.

Is this something that just started happening, or has it always been like this? Is it like that in every gear or just from a stop?

Are there any misfire engine codes or similar? You may have carbon build-up issues. How many miles are on the car?

It's been doing it since you got the car last December?

Poor Seafoam fuel injector in gas tank when fill up.
IS350 = 306 Hp.

I would check for codes, if you've got misfiring codes, I would start looking into getting something done about carbon buildup. If you've got other codes, maybe they might give some insight into what's causing the concern(s).
