Default lexus is250 07 rough idle stalling

2007 is250 awd automatic. 100% oem, no mods.
help me figure out whats wrong without taking it to the dealer. please only reply with relevant information, don't post your own car problems here.

Symptoms: Rough idle and stalls. No check engine light.
Runs good if you give it gas and hold it. sounds like its choking. see video below.

Things i checked and know its not the issue: Spark plugs - bought new Denso sparks. got rid of cylinder 3 misfire, however, car still idles rough and stalls within seconds.
Coil pack - Switched them around to try and get a different symptom, no change.

I did a dry compression test and these are the results i got:
5: 120psi 6: 135psi
3: 160psi 4: 165psi
1: 150psi 2: 160psi

It does seem to burn oil. spark plugs were very dirty, almost looked like burnt oil on them.
I am not sure if the car had the Carbon build up recall thing done, thats next to find out, most likely not.

My next guess is injectors because its running good on WOT(wide open throttle). Not even sure how i would check and see if thats the cause. its getting gas because the fuel line on the intake dripped when i took it off to inspect it. looked fine.

Take a look at the video link below to see what i mean.

Seafoam the crap out of it ...
Did you check MAF or anything related to air intake in general?

This is a known issue and Lexus changed the engine design in 2013 to have have manifold injection when the car is cold.

"December 8, 2015 MANUFACTURER COMMUNICATION NUMBER: L-TT-0192-15
Components: ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLINGNHTSA ID Number: 10152274

Manufacturer Communication Number: L-TT-0192-15

Summary: TT: Some IS250 and GS300 vehicles may exhibit one or more of the following conditions:

? MIL ?ON? DTC P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303, P0304, P0305, and/or P0306.
? Intermittently runs rough after coming to a stop with the engine at operating temperature.
? Intermittently runs rough with engine misfires present after a cold soak startup.
NOTE: The recommendations in this document apply to an intermittent misfire concern. If a vehicle exhibits a steady misfire, the root cause is not related to the referenced service bulletins and the repair manual should be referenced for diagnosis."

My symptoms are also I get MIL, and VSC disabled lights. I used "OBDLink MX+ OBD2 Bluetooth Scanner for iPhone, Android, and Windows" (available on amazon) to pull codes and data logs: RPM, location Coolant temp...

I also forwarded the case to https://www.krinsklaw.com/contact and https://mccunewright.com/contact-us/ who have had class actions against Lexus and Toyota.

I manually cleaned all my intake valves it's not that hard, just make sure they are closed while you do it so no liquid seeps down into the combustion chamber, BUT if u somehow slip up, no biggie, just vacuum it out the combustion chamber lol.

nice…. I’m in the San Gabriel Valley area.

do you think sea foam intake manifold cleaner with the red spray hose thing attached to the can would be useful? I got three cans of it bought a couple years ago and I’ve never used them before.

also, random question but have you ever gotten any recall work done? I saw a couple of recalls mentioning fuel system pipe stuff. I never got them done but now I’m starting to think I should give the provided phone number a phone call one of these days… hope it’s not too late (lol). Anyways…

I hope we both get our issues resolved, cheers

San Gabriel? You GOTTA be ASIAN. And I'm sure the seafoam will work, but I personally used berrymans
B-12 injector cleaner that's a pour type, not the spray. I haven't gotten any recall work done, I do all my work to my car, I got it at 170k miles tho, now at 200k. I believe the previous owner did get the fuel rail replaced or something bcz the fuel dampers were defective.
