My headlights recently died out so I decided to replace both of them, my car currently has the stock Toyota 90981-20024 bulbs, which is a low beam HID bulb. My question is if I get some Xenon Super Vision HID bulbs would I be able to just replace the bulb since they are both HIDs, or would I need the kit?

I have a 2008 Lexus is250 by the way.

Just make sure they're the D4S bulb.

No need for a kit. The kit is probably for converting halogen headlamps to an HID.
