Default 11-13 F-sport bumper conversion help!

What's up CL fam!

I searched/researched multiple threads and didn't find the answers I was looking for.

Was wondering for those who did the F sport front bumper conversion can help me out here. I sourced and piece parted everything for the bumper. I did not purchase the conversion kit that sewell had offered in the past.

My car: 07 IS250
So far I have everything except for paint, fog lights, and fog light harness. Below is how it looks now. (Front lip kit/spoilers not pictured, but I have it.)

Question 1:
For those who did the conversion, did you purchase a new weather strip or did you use your existing one? If new, part number please?

Question 2:
There was one member who didn't have to buy the front bumper foam absorber. Everyone else had to purchase it for the bumper to sit flush. Can someone provide me the correct pn? The pn's that I found during my search said it worked for 06-13 which can't be correct. Of course I will test fit to see if I need it, but would like the pn in case it doesn’t fit.

Question 3:
The OEM fog lights and OEM harness are hella expensive. Any recommendations on the best aftermarket fog lights and 9006 to H11 harness for this conversion? (Without any modifications; looking for plug n play). I know there's an old thread on this from a guy in NY but the ebay links are old.

Question 4:
I have both fog light brackets. However, everything I purchased didn’t come with screws. Can someone help me out with the screw type and screw size? Image below for reference:

Blue: Screw type? Screw Size? Quantity?
Red: Do I need to drill screw holes? Currently there are no holes there but there is a template for drilling. Is it necessary to drill holes to install fog lights?
Yellow: What goes here? Not sure what it attaches to.

Bracket on the bumper.

Question 5:
For the lower grill, what screw or clips are needed to secure it? Below is an image of what I'm talking about.

Blue: Screw/clip type? Size?

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!

You know that the holes on the new bumper won't line up with the ones on the old fender covers of the wheel wells and the underneath engine cover piece right?

Wassup my07is350!

Yeah I know. I read all the posts between you and ohiois350 back in 2012.

Can you tell me what you did to make the bumper secure? The image links from ohiois350 no longer work.

Thanks man!

Well, I just tied wrapped it to the underneath engine cover and I just tucked it in the fender, it didn't move a bit so far and no squeaking sound either. I'm thinking about getting the 2013 fender liners and underneath engine cover to complete it but those aren't cheap so that will have to wait a bit.

Hey Deestyle, do you mind if you give a list of the parts you have? I'm thinking of buying the front bumper off of a wreck but not sure which bits and pieces I'll need. I've seen the Sewell part list but it gets a bit confusing.
