Default F-Sport Front Bumper Upgrade part numbers

Hey guys,

So slowly building up parts to replace my recently messed up front bumper on my 08 IS.

Looking at the F-Sport bumper upgrade on sewell they have listed:

Front Bumper Kit includes:

F-Sport Bumper (optional paint)
Fog Lamp assemblies, L&R (with bulbs)
Fog Lamp brackets & hardware
F-Sport Upper Grille w/ Surround and Weatherstrip
F-Sport Lower Grille Insert
Front Lip Spoilers (L&R)

Retainers & Fasteners
Mounting brackets & hardware

I have everything now but the retainers& fasteners, and mounting brackets & hardware.
Does anybody have part numbers for these or know which pieces are replaced when changing the bumper out? I'm guessing they are different from what was included in the 2008 model year since the bumper cover is pretty different.

Why dont you just buy it from Seawell? $1329 plus 200 shipping.. Aren 't you gonna spend close to that anyway?

When i did my swap I used all my old reatianers and stuff...the only thing that I see missing from your list is the 2011+ headlight bracket...i don't know if you need it but I got it because I have the 2012 headlights....

When i did mine the way he's doing it I ended up spending a total of $1140 and that included, parts, labor, paint and installation...so thats an easy $400 savings...

This. Total out of pocket spent with paint, I'm out around $1050 and thats with 2 new headlights since I ended up smashing one. Why spend close to $1500 when I don't have to?

Going to be using the 2008 headlights for now so hopefully don't have to change the bracket. I'll be doing the 2011+ headlight upgrade when I have more cash later...christmas makes the wallet hurt

Did you end up reusing your current or did you change that out for the 11-13 foam as well?

I didn't use any foam...I wanted my car back same day and foam was on back order so I have it sitting waiting to put in. I don't think my 09-10 foam works

Anybody who's done this retrofit have issues with headlight fitment using the old (06-08) headlights? It seems like the bumper just doesn't want to fit right.

When I have the headlights off the car, the bumper fits fine and clips into the tab holders on each fender. When I reinstall the headlights, the bumper doesn't want to seem to clip into the right side of the car without me pulling on it and streching the bumper out. Also doesn't seem like the holes on top of the bumper and the bracket where they screw in line up anymore.

This is a guess but maybe you have to cut the 06-08 headlight brackets like how you would if you were fitting LED headlights. The sewell kit comes with these brackets, and jdswiper has the older headlights on his f sport bumper swap, so this may be a possibility

Where did you find that picture? That might be it. He has an 09 and I remember that lexus changed the bumper style/grille in 2009 slightly so I'm not entirely certain if they might have changed the headlight design slightly as well?

YOU ARE AMAZING. Are you sure there's only the Lh Bumper side retainer and not the Rh side?

I'll double check and possibly upload a scan of the receipt. Problem is there's a lot of other parts but if you'd like I can do that.
