Depends on your preferences. Would you like that extra +100 more HP V8. Would financial insurance rate or payments be an issue? It all depends. I like the IS-F. But I love my IS350

From my research of is350 vs iSF is that the iS350 will run much quicker in a dig than the IsF. But once your on a roll that extra HP from IsF will definitely kick in. It takes more driving and speed to feel it. But statistically it's faster. If your down to upgrade to an IsF then go for it

I agree with you that I know its a lot faster but i guess the pull doesnt feel as much different. I always speed on the highway so I know. Its really something to think about. Isf look so badass tho! 😜

I've driven both fairly extensively and considered it too. But IMHO, not different enough or enough of upgrade to be worth the bother. RCF more likely worth it to me.

It doesn't feel much different because it isn't.

2008 Lexus IS-F 0-60 mph 4.2 | Quarter mile 12.6
2007 Lexus IS 350 0-60 mph 4.8 | Quarter mile 13.3

Now once you get above ~100mph the IS-F is significantly faster, but hopefully you aren't doing that often on public roads. IMO, the IS-F isn't worth the additional price over the IS350 as a daily driver, especially considering the gas mileage hit you take. But the ISF would make a better track car and it might depreciate less. Also if you are looking to add intake/headers/exhaust the IS-F will make a much greater amount of additional horsepower compared to the same mods on an IS350.

You'll get the opposite answer if you ask this in the ISF forum. Drive both. Decide for yourself.

Here is an ISF welding the doors shut on an is350

That's like saying the SL63 isn't much different than the SL550.

That's predictable. Driving both is what I did too.

Has somebody on the ISF thread started a thread about trading a ISF to a IS350? I missed that one....

I have the same question couple month ago but wish I got ISF. They look way better, and they don't make many of them. I think it will be collectible in the future.

IS-F all day if I have extra cash.

Driven all three and the F is the way to go by far the most bang for your buck and the exclusivity's real nice also!
