I believe I just had a bad battery but wanted to confirm with you guys. So today at 5 before my weekly massage I go to start my car and everything turns on, radio, ac, ETC but I get a click, click click.. ****..

so my co worker luckily had cables... I jump the car.. drive about 30 minutes to my location and turn the car off.. then I turn it on again just to see if it will start again and it does.. Get massage for an hour.. come out to start car and click click click.. lucky a nice guy jumped me. I drove to advanced auto parts and bought there 130.00 3 year free replacement battery.. I wanted stock but Lexus was closed.. They installed and it seems to be starting up fine now. I assume it was indeed the battery and not the starter.. what do you guys think?

Probably just the battery; but you should have the auto parts store test the alternator to ensure a proper charging system.

 

Sounds like a typical battery problem. How old was it?

 

about two years or older if my memory serves me right..

 

So something is weird now.. I am not able to control all of the windows on my door.. only too.. maybe it was reset?

 

Definitely the battery same thing happen to me, charged the battery and it runs normal now.

 

Yea when battery gets disconnected you have to reset the windows start with your drivers side window being up than bring in all the way down than all the way back up. Do the same individually for each window from each window button.

 

^Just had to do this myself today after installing a new IS-F steering wheel.
