There is no need to replace anything else just the bulbs if you car equipped with HID from manufacture. Just disconnect the connectors frame each HID bulb and replace with your desire new HID color bulbs. Also, don't forget to wear cloves as you are doing this to prevent the oily fingers touching the and cause it to burn out more quickly.

Good luck and update us.

Thanks,

Chance are if there wire attached to each bulbs there not oem hid. But and after market kit on a halogen head light. Which mean you bought the wrong bulbs. Oem your turn the connector to unlock and there latch that hold the bulb in place. Once those are unlocked the bulb comes rite out.

Should be H11, but check the sylvania bulb replacement guide.

This is the replacement you need, this one is from XenonDepot but there are a handful of vendors that offer H11 HID bulb replacements.

Just got an aftermarket HID kit the other day from VLEDS.com. The bulbs are H11. They install and come off the same way as an OE H11 halogens.
